How do I start playing?

To begin playing, click on any Download button on the site or visit the download section. Full instructions are included on that page.

Once completed, the software will be installed on your computer, and you can start the casino by double-clicking on the icon on your desktop or from the Start Menu.

I have downloaded the software, what do I do next?

After downloading, follow the simple onscreen instructions. Keep in mind that the download is necessary only once -- after that, the program is available from your computer's Start menu and/or desktop.

What are the minimum system requirements to run the software?

The minimum system requirements for the download software are: Windows Vista/XP/2000/98/NT/95, P166MMX, 32MB RAM, 16-bit color, and 20MB free hard disk space.

The No Download Flash version requires a modern browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari, Opera etc) running on a similarly equipped Mac, Linux, Unix or PC.

For optimum results, set your monitor to high color (16 bit) and 600x800 resolution.

How do I deposit money into my account?

Before you begin playing for real money, you'll first need to fund your account.

Once you have successfully downloaded the software (or started the No Download Flash Version), open the casino, launch the software and open a Real Money mode account.

After you have received your username and password, you are ready to make a deposit into your account. Proceed to the cashier and select your desired deposit method. For a detailed summary of the various deposit methods, please see our Cashier section.

How do I withdraw money from my account?

To withdraw money from your account, launch the Casino software, proceed to the Cashier section, and select Withdraw. Choose the option which best suits you.

How does CS Casino ensure game fairness?

Our developers have gone to great lengths to ensure that the software we produce is of the highest quality. 

Each game undergoes rigorous testing on the real gaming server to determine whether game rules are obeyed, payouts are calculated correctly etc. 

Then, depending on the game, between 1 and 10 million bets are made to test the fairness of the random number generator. If the frequency of winning combinations and general payouts are within expectations, the game is passed to the Quality Assurance team of engineers. General Questions:

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Launch the casino, and on the login screen click "Lost Password". A message will be sent to your registered email address with further instructions.

What happens if my game gets disconnected while playing?

Omni Casino's software has built in mechanisms for handling abnormal disconnection during game play. This protects the player in the event of a disconnection.

If you get disconnected while in the middle of a game and are unable to reconnect to the Casino -- you will simply be logged out after a certain period of inactivity.

If you were playing Blackjack, Craps, or Video Poker when the disconnection occurred and succeed in reconnecting prior to being logged out, the system will return you to the exact moment when the game was interrupted. If you were playing a game such as Slots and Roulette, where the player does not affect the result of the game after placing his wager, proceed to the Game History section to view your game's outcome.

Where can I find help / game rules for the games?

The casino software comes with a built-in Help section. While in the software, click on the help button in the casino lobby for a complete set of instructions on all of the games.

Where can I view all of my wagers?

From within the software, visit the Game History section. It lists your gaming activity and results. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team.

How can I ensure I get emails from CS Casino?

Some ISPs filter all incoming mail to help combat the SPAM problem. Usually they delete suspicious mail or move them to a separate folder. Unfortunately, this may result in false positives (mail being incorrectly tagged as SPAM). Why is CS Casino using Omni Casino® software?

CS Casino has joined forces with our Sister Casino -- Omni Casino. CS Casino and Omni Casino have been together since the inception in 1997 and are members of the same Peak Entertainment Group. In the past, they've maintained separate casino software, but shared every other resources and are managed by the same entities.

For the new software launch, we chose to put everything under the same roof resulting in one HUGE casino with more players for multi player games, more tournaments, and lots more excitement.
